Working with Rapid recruitment has been a refreshing change. Having worked with several recruitment businesses I have found them to be quite cold and corporate however upon working with Ben I have realised I was simply with the wrong agencies in the past. It is like working alongside a friend whose main goal is to help you find the right people to help grow your business to its highest potential. Rapid provide 24-hour care and will even call on weekends to update me on how things are progressing and to simply catch up and see how things are.
